Lamb Loin Chops

Our 100% grass-fed lamb loin chops are a delicacy. We cut them all at 1.5-inch thick and they are great for cooking in a cast iron skillet or on the grill. We recommend adding salt, pepper, olive oil and any fresh herbs you have on hand, prior to cooking. Enjoy!
